Pinion access
Ok heres how I have been getting my pinion on and off. I didn't have the patience for the belt and stuff.
It only works with a long wrench such as the top wrenches. And be careful with the tip but I have been changing my pinions like this since day 1 with the car and havent had a problem yet.

Thanks for the tips folks, they made a difference! Larry, I tried that angle too, my wrench is just too short I'm going to just have to get used to using the bottom hole and taking the rear screws out of the upper deck to slide any pinion larger than 42 past it.
After racing the Photon for the first time tonight, I can absolutely say the car is already turning better times than my previous car and is very easy to drive.
I have to bring up the spur adjustment slot again - it has already cost me two spurs. First one was my lack of experience with how it adjusts and not tightening it enough... The second one - I got punted in the main tonight on lap one (a 99% chance of occurance in VTA), and when it was righted, I heard that chewy spur gear sound One side got knocked loose - the other side was still very tight. MY resolve is set to find thin little lock washers - I can't afford to lose $7 spurs this regularly...</RANT>

The 416 was great tonight but I still had too much gear on it.

undesteer
hello,
I have test the car and I have a little too much understeer on and off throthle in the midle of the corner, what can I do?
I have put harder springs front and rear and it works a little bit better, shall I take out the front swaybar?
Thank you
