With an attitude like that maybe they should leave you at home this year.

Nah, just busting chops had cleaning to do for tcs. The iic is a great race and I will miss it for the year. Rachel is due just before the race this year, won't leave the new momma alone. If I did that you wouldn't see me again anyway.

I can't believe a true racer wouldn't have figured out the timing. What the heck were you thinking last December?

He did not race anyhow, was just part of the track crew. He was the guy who baby sat our stuff over night while we slept or gambled all night.

LOL, yea I guess my timing is a little off. Well I guess my first child will be a true rc freak. Deed done after a big rc race, found out at a big rc race, gonna be born just days short of the big rc race. None of this was ever planned but I am truly happy.

Yea for this year I was gonna try and race it and do security. Guess I will have to wait which is fine. You gambled at night and I did it in the morning. Weird sitting at a slot machine at 6:45-7:00am in the morning.

I didn't gamble all night, but I am sure there were guys who never did go to bed. It happens every year reguardless of what hotel we were at.

ok this being my first big race I have a few questions.

After the you set up your pit on monday do you leave all your stuff there? or do you pack up and resetup everyday?

do I have to bring a table and chair? extention cord? espresso machine?

is there radio impound?

is there going to be parts available onsite?

if you burn up a handout motor can you get another?

how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll tootsie pop?

I am sure I will think of more, after the classes and such come out.

thanks

My idea of gambling was throwing a buck or maybe two in that was about it. Yea I slept even less than I normally do when I was there.

1. You keep your pit setup the whole time.

2. Table and chair no, extension cord yes. Bring a power strip as well. espresso machine I would say is not needed.

3. No, but general rules apply keep it off.

4. There is a stocked hobby shop on site.

5. Yes you are allowed to purchase another.

6.

Guys like you should just stay in Wyoming since you are not used to the big city!

Once your pit is setup you leave it up until you are done on Mains day.

Leave table and chairs at home since the hotel provides that stuff for us. Extension cord not a bad idea, but I did not need one last year.

There is no radio impound, but with that said, don't get caught using your radio in the pits. You could be asked to leave. If you need to make an adjustment of some sort you go up to tech to do it.

There is a hobby shop on site and pretty well stocked.

If you fry one handout you are allowed another, but that is it. So don't fry the second one or you are done.

Anything else you come up with, just ask. I have been to all the IIC events and I know the crew a little bit. If I don't know the answer to your question I am sure we can get you an answer.

Guys like us from Wyoming will do just fine in the big city. This is because we will not leave the motel much.

So last year there were no tire toasters allowed?

Are there any known issue with 2.4 radios at the Riviera?

Is there a wife babysitter area to keep them from gambling all the funds away?

For running 17.5 touring car will the LTC body work?

Does warming your lipo make that much difference?
