As pack isn't an issue with touring cars if you're really struggling to find a 1.1mm drill bit you could drill 1 hole out to 1.5mm and leave the other two at 1.0mm as it makes the average hole size 1.17mm.

I'd still rather get a 1.1mm drill bit though.

I ll try to find it locally first (hardware shops), if I cant get it I ll buy from ebay. Before that, I wonder if HB's or TRF's 3 hole 1.1mm piston can fit in the Yokomo shocks coz those 2 are available at my LHS.

The Tamiya TRF ones are a perfect fit, been using these in my BD for the past year.

Or a #57 drill bit will work as well (and is very common), that is what I used....

Technically it is 1.0922mm..... But, good enough for the girls I go with!

Can someone tell me how using the inside hole on the steering block affects handling? Looks like it'd be less ackerman??

Just finished building my BD5WR, I wonder why the left rear toe reads 4deg and the right reads 3.8deg? I m using the stock block which supposed to set it 3.5deg. I had the same problem with my TCX and solved it by swapping the uprights (its a known issue with HB anyway). Does Yokomo has the same issue?
