I'm gonna see how long I can go before they start notching. Then I'll file them down. I have to grease these every 2 rounds. Pretty good though. When I first got the car, they started notching on the first day.

Wut up Rod!

Yokomo parts list has been updated. Elwyn, I need the new top deck with lip supports, the new 3.5 bulkhead caps, the 8mm center rack, and maybe the new 42mm front suspension mounts. Let me know when you have stock. Thanks.

Also, Elwyn, do you have Rayspeed pistons? I'm looking for 1.2 3hole. Thanks.

i think u can drill ur piston to 1.2mm by using 1.2mm drill bit...i did mine...work great on low traction....

I throw the foam insert into the bin when I open the kit ... we never ever use that

I'm running ys-8hd, ys-7hg and bd-s2b depending on the track
on some high traction tracks I prefer using 2 ys-7hg as the car stays flatter then

I always use around 10 - 15% rebound, or drill a hole in the top cap to achieve 0 rebound as you can't build 0 with no hole drilled

the only track I ever found more rebound to be better was West London Racing Center at the KO GP 2008 with the BD-3

Hi all,

Just a quick update on the Titanium racing spool – I got in touch with TiR and discussed the issue, they handled this perfectly and super fast! They tell me that they are also sending out the new sleeves to all previous bd5 spool orders. If you bought yours from a store somewhere you might want to chase it up. I haven’t received my replacements yet but I’m confident they are just what we need.

Really happy with how this has turned around.

Awesome guys.

I said screw the US distributor. I get my Yok parts from Elwyn or RCMarket. Both are very fast shipping and easy to deal with. Elwyn on here has very fast shipping to the east coast. From time it is shipped, I get it here in 2-3 days. Can't beat that. Plus they are Yokomo distributor. So they have all the odd ball parts or can get it from Yokomo Japan.

Thanks Martin for the shock tips.
