That means that they'll probably start hitting LHS sometime soon. Perfect timing since I have a pre-order and am currently broke!

Guess I'll have to wait and see when they actually make it to the LHS. Maybe by the time they make it there, I'll have the money.................again.

Pity - the aluminium motor mount doesn't look like it will allow you to change the pinion gear.

the Tech Racing alum. motor mount does allow for adjustment. I think I read on their site....japanese side...that it will allow for gear ratios between something like 5.25 and 7.5 or something....not sure what that means in terms of pinion size. I'll find out soon though as I just ordered 1 from Rainbow Ten.

Has anyone figured out what the internal ratio is on the car? I'll admit that I haven't read through the instruction yet!

Just received mine this morning... can't wait to put it together this weekend or stay up all night tonight.

Found a small defect in the rear wing... no place to put a L.E.D brake lights... can't have F1's without breaklights.

Sydewynder

That's the one I'm going to race! The "group buy" one is going in the attic! BTW, it looks like were going to make a separate class for the F201. It will likely be a spec 19T motor, rubber tire, no one-way class. Should be pretty cool! There's a thread on www.rcracing.com discussing what to do with the class.
