Problems with caps on Mtroniks Cirrus
It the first time out with this new ESC.
Great features and easely tunned, but...
You know me, I go to the track with everything duplicated, and this time was no exception. I brought with me 5 caps (1000uF 16V, paralel with batteries, and 10000uF 16V, paralel with the motor - like the manual says).
5 times the 1000uf cap exploded, not allowing more then a quarter turn !
I left the track with no more caps, and with a smoke trail behind !
I know that the caps quality is not their greatest strenght, that's because I bring with me several, but that's annoying, and it's the first time that this happens.
Have someone the very same experience? How can I stop blowing that little devil cap?
