Default fast cars...

All of these cars are fast when they are placed in the hands of a fast driver. Tamiya, Hot Bodies and X-ray chassis seem to finish up front. Is it because of the drivers? Anyway, I'm happy with my X-ray. It is durable, fast, and doesn't tweak! Nuff said...

Pretty much anyone here is going to tell you X,Y or Z is best because that's what they use...

In the right hands, any latest generation car is probably going to do well in the right hands, once it's dialled in.

My trf415msxx probably isnt the best car for carpet with foams, but it still does well at club level To a certain degree the most important thing is to learn how the car reacts to setup changes and knowing what tyres work well at the club you intend to race at.

Im happy enough with both of my Tamiyas, but not everyone likes them, so i'm not going to say rush out and buy one, look around and see what takes your liking the most...
