Hi Guys,

I was wondering whether you guys would be interested in any TA03 GPM hop-ups. We now have some GPM Tamiya products, check it out on our website. Unfortunately, we dont have TA03 in stock, if any one is interested email us or just post here. The price will be amazingly worth it.

Thanks

Lucky for us here in manila coz rain or shine we can race our tamiyas. We got a huge size racetrack located at the heart of the city.

If ever you got rained again, come and join us.

Asia Tees,

Would you happen to have one of those after market looong torque bars for the TA03? I saw one in an magazine. I think it attaches to where the sway bars normally go...

Also, if you have an alternative lower arm for the 03 as the original ones are really low on the ground making the 03 unsuitable for rally use...

Thanks...

BTW, your URL doesnt work

Hello people....

How do you restore the finish of a scratched FRP deck? I am planning to restore my 03 to something near the original shiny look?

Thanks

I'll try to make it. I am moving apartments on Saturday so I will have to see if I can make it out. I would really like to. I will also pick up my new TC this afternoon, actually a used TA04R, so I would like to run the car to see how it is.

The next race I will be running Jaco purple foam all around with a one-way in the front 80wt oil in the shocks with a 11T motor.

A couple buddies of mine run TA04's and really like them. Good luck on the move. I'm moving next week, so I won't be at that race.

rowdyrj

Good luck with the foams! No one here is too excited about running foams on electric sedan, unfortunately.

I don't recall posting final ratio. Looking back in the thread, WYD did post a gear reduction for the white gears (.04), it's 2.68 to 1.

Psycho

I picked up my TA04 yesterday, i'll switch to the 04 for stock racing and put the 03R-TRF in the shelf. If I become a better driver I'll maybe build a 03F with all the extra parts that I have ( I have enough for 2 cars ) and run sportsman modified.

The 03 series of cars are still very cool and one of the easier cars to drive. I still have my R version with a ton of extra stuff for it and a almost new Integy saddlepack chassis plu my stock plastic tub I use to run the Tamiya TCS races with.

I currently run one of Tamiya's competition cars (EVO2) and just can't beleive how good this car works for me. It is super smooth and when I make small adjustments I really see a differance. Tamiya is really stepping up their race program.
