That is gorgeous.

Looks really good. Wouldn;t want to race that, it would go on the shelf.

When Tamiya re-releases these bodies, I always buy a second one as a spare; because, I know that when I run one, it will some how end up on its lid.

In the case of this car.. That wing is begging for asphalt rash lol.

I have the R-S with FRP chassis. On mine hard case lipo shorty or standard fit just fine. With standard you can use the plastic retainers. I use battery strapping tape to keep it in place. The brands in use are GensAce and turnigy.

There are some LiPos that have rounded edges... Those will work just like the old nicad stick packs. I believe Amain sells those under the protek brand

Default Another reason to use my Ta03

HI Guys: Today I took a ride on the motorcycle, and stopped by the Tamiya Track in Alisa Viejo. Its a beautiful track ,open on Saturdays apparently 10-4.
I think its Tamiya cars only...

Came across a TA03 with some ultra rare hop ups, many NIP. I'll have it all for sale shortly.

I’m putting my TA03F Pro back together after being in pieces for a few years. I was thinking about replacing all the coarse thread Phillips screws with machine thread Allen screws. Can I do this with plastics that have already been threaded with the coarse screws? I really hate those Phillips head screws.

Yes you can, just be advised if you over tighten them, they will be more prone to stripping out the plastic.
