Has anyone run a TA05MS and 415 back to back? I am probably going to pick up a TRF415MSXX MRE (yeah its a mouth full) but I already have a TA05MS. I am very curious to see the handling differences.

well, had a reasonably good days racing yesterday. Car was fast, and had a really good balance.

Settled on a few choices for next weekend, and made a few tweaks to the setup to get the car working better on the Vtec27's (loosening up the rear mainly).

Didn't manage to try the locked one-way joints, I'll have to try them some other time. Given how well the car was going with the standard dual one-ways (lots of entry steering, but nice and stable), I didn't want to change loads before next weekend.

Still runing a setup very close to the one from last year's carpet wars, except for some slight changes to the shocks (still not settled on which combo to go for.. heavier or lighter oil), steering spacer, rear camber links, and rear toe blocks.

Now just need to get some new cells (4 packs of EP's are on their way..) and I'm all set!

Here's hoping for a good one for the coming weekend.

Regards
Ed

skiv,
you can't run the orion 4800 in the MSXX. There is a screwhole going through that part of the aluminum bulkhead that you should not grind off.
The only way to get it to fit is to buy the MSXX stick pack chassis conversion.
