ok, thank you very much. The belt is a little too close for comfort to the antenna screw, lol.

Remember, if you are racing this car at competitions, you have to at least 1500gms.

Hmm... sounds like the bearing holders aren't located properly. If, like you say, you can get the parts fitted into the lower bulkheads, then it sounds like the bearing holder notches aren't located properly, keeping you from tightening down the upper bulkheads.

Any chance of pictures showning the problem? Should be able to help more with them.

Thank you for everything but i'm not done yet i still have a few questions to ask you.

What are some good aftermarket hop up options that i can put on my 415 that reduces weight? waht type of aftermarket parts can i buy that will enhance the cornering speed of the car and make it more snappy through the infield

in other words. what are the best aftermarket upgrade parts for the Tamiya 415MSX? any suggestions?

415 old supension is a lot better suited for carpet racing. Than the current lw supension. Still wait for the evo5 lw supension to become available for the 415. the new supension should make it handle even better on carpet that the old 415 supension.

Do i really need to have teh TA05 center pullys on the 415? or can i just run with out them?

It's already underweight and there are no hopup that will make a big enough differance to lighten it.
But you can use Titiainium screws to save 100grams remember to use a good driver and blue thread lock them into any alu part.

Just use change the diff balls to ceramic for less maitenace and keeps the the diff running smooth as butter.

Replace the turnbuckle with the ti versions as you will get annoyed when you bend one of the alu ones at the slightest touch.

If running on carpet run the older 415 supension or convert it to run hpi supension and 4mm chassis for running foam tyres,

the stock ta-05 center pulleys are the same tooth count as the stock 415msx center pulley(s)...just the front one-way/spool and rear diff pulleys are uh diff..
