ok, thank you very much. The belt is a little too close for comfort to the antenna screw, lol.

Remember, if you are racing this car at competitions, you have to at least 1500gms.

Been away from racing for alittle while , how much better is the MSX over the normal 415 ?
415
the msx is a ton easier to work on that is the largest change ...

get this:
Tamiya USA TA05 Stabilizer Set (F & R) Black
Part #: 49383
then you can tune your car with the sways front and rear, very nice!

Thank you for everything but i'm not done yet i still have a few questions to ask you.
What are some good aftermarket hop up options that i can put on my 415 that reduces weight? waht type of aftermarket parts can i buy that will enhance the cornering speed of the car and make it more snappy through the infield
in other words. what are the best aftermarket upgrade parts for the Tamiya 415MSX? any suggestions?

I know. But waht would be some good after marketparts that would lighten it up but keep it in the 1500g range?

It's already underweight and there are no hopup that will make a big enough differance to lighten it.
But you can use Titiainium screws to save 100grams remember to use a good driver and blue thread lock them into any alu part.
Just use change the diff balls to ceramic for less maitenace and keeps the the diff running smooth as butter.
Replace the turnbuckle with the ti versions as you will get annoyed when you bend one of the alu ones at the slightest touch.
If running on carpet run the older 415 supension or convert it to run hpi supension and 4mm chassis for running foam tyres,

the stock ta-05 center pulleys are the same tooth count as the stock 415msx center pulley(s)...just the front one-way/spool and rear diff pulleys are uh diff..
