how do you meen 48 pitch would be like 70-72, i was just wondering if a 96 48dp spur would work (as i only have 48dp pinions) on the car and another question to ask what is the lowest spur you can go on the 415

why would a 96tooth not work?
chazz: the smallest spur kinda depends on whet ratio you are planning on using and the size of the pinion you want.
i.e a 67 would fit but you wouldnt be able to mesh it to a 20tooth pinion, if you see where im commin from

one other thing you guys can try is the EVO4 sus blocks..if you are putting more than a 1mm spacer under them.. I have gone this route and have yet to have any problems

back to an old discussion if I may, about the susp. block. in your quote, you said you are using the Evo 4 blocks in the rearfront and the rearrear correct?
Besides the heigth, are the other dimesions exactly the same as the 415 block dimensions?...i.e. length, degree angle of hinge pins.
In other words, is a 415 B block exactly the same as a Evo 4 B block?
Also, are 415 A,B,C,D block the same Evo 3 A,B,C,D blocks with just a 1mm difference in hieght.

You can also use the 414M2 WCR Front/rear block as an A bridge on the 415, just need to shim this to even out the height against the E3 blocks.

Ok, let me get this right.
A to X blocks all increment by .5 degrees.
EvoIII, EvoIV and 415 are all the same width wise.
EvoIII raises the height to 2mm.
Is the EvoIV 1mm height?
Is the 415 0mm height?
I am pretty sure the 414 is 0mm in height.
Other than that do the screw holes match up?
Coop
