rezenclowd3: how do you mount the big cap on the SPX? double sided tape? shoe goo?

Just double side tape. I do have to replace it occasionally due to debris catching there.

Well heres what I have so far. Still need to button it all up, Like the cap needs to get stuck down, and I need a new radio

took many hrs of temp tape, test fit/refit, multiple layouts and position. but this is what i came up with. hadnt done a tc in a while. the all-black look does help clean up the look by foolin the eyes as it should. i tried. i'm proud of it.

and i bought a good bit of it over the years from bob.

the cap should be shielded..! use a shrink wrap or letric tape to cover the cap, your layout seems very dangerous with that cap near the cables unshield...

can someone help me or show pics on how to solder 90 degree joints on a bullet connector for my lipo

Put the connector in the battery to hold it, then solder the wire on top of the connector.
