No lost at all.. transponder can work as low as 2.4 v or 2.7 v plus I can put 7v on the servo

One question though - how easy would it be to address component failures on race day?

I am the same way. Excepy i still like the plugs because i sel and use different card frequently.

What would it cost someone to send over 2 pt's to have the wires blacked out?

Pretty easy as I know what im doing lol.. I just need my soldering iron.. most likely what will break is the servo gears if I crash it hard or something.. pretty easy to do.. but when I do other people cars I don't do it like this crazy lol.. I want them to be able to access it if something needs to be removed /replaced..

I can also do custom shrink wraps lol..did this for owner of sdrc..wired it all up nice with a custom sensor wire to fit just right lol.. can't see it in pic I like to hide wires lol

I would also guess that you ESC is non asjustable via external link. Otherwise how do you attach it?

the link goes threw the port on the switch not the rx wire on the vipers.

PM was sent. That is the Exact problem I have with the new PT's. I have swapped out wired on my old ones. Just do not care for the epoxy that is at the cap of the new ones.

Yup correct. .

I was going to relocate the wires but I got lazy in the end lol.. my current layout for it is #1

I was going to do it like #2 and run the wires under so all you see is the switch next to the esc lol..

About my 3rd attempt.
Will try blacking out the ESC and servo wires next.
Might change the wires and connectors on the motor too.
