Damn I just read through 177 pages of awesomeness. Looks like I've got some work to do. This really makes me want to pretty up my helicopters. It has always drove me nuts how guys (myself included) will spend $2G's+ on a beautiful bird and just bunch all of the wires up in a handy spot. Now I just need to get the huevos to solder servo wire. Might surf eBay and pick up some cheapos to practice on. Thanks everybody for all the tips and inspiration.
One question though-how are you guys making your servo wire black?
I kid

I think it's easier to shorten and solder the wires then to crimp them too lol, takes less time.

Sorry guys, I was just kidding about the how do you get black wire question. Seems like it is on every page in this thread. We really do need a sarcastic font.

I use these. Doesn't solve the black "issue" but I find it much easier than desoldering and soldering to the board.
Much less risk of accidentally putting too much heat into the board with a ham fist and ruining more joints than you want to as well.

I liked the way the white wire looked against the black.
