I'm getting a 2nd charger and deciding between a LRP "Competition" and "Sport" model. All I'm looking for on this 2nd charger is to "Charge" battery, period. I already have discharger etc. So does "Sport" provides everything I needed? I notice the Competition support "Flex" and "linear" mode, do I even care for that?

Not that I've experience with flex charging, but I've read several places, that flex charging will improve performance from the older packs. As far as I remember, by lowering the internal resistance.

Other than that, the differences seems to be: 8 or 7 amp charge current, auto-start timer, motor run in and of course, discharging and matching. Please correct me someone, if I forgot something.

if you just need something to charge batts, i think the sport would be good enough.

but then again you might as well get a pitbull for the same price, or a CDC v6 (same as the integy) for USD$130 from rc-mushroom.com (very cheap)
