what rec packs are you guys using w/ you 1 cel lipo? im looking for some that are cheaper than the much more and not shipping from hong kong. cheap bat pack is out of stock and not sure where to look. im looking for one that is about an inch square or so? thanks for the help:D

Hi mate, I bought 5x AAA cells and soldered them together. I put a BEC plug on the end and then made up a BEC to SERVO plug to plug them into the RX. I charge the pack up before each run at .7amp, which takes around 5 minutes to charge. I run a 9x2 in my 12th car and the RX pack will last the whole 8 minutes no problem at all. Some people will double the pack up (3x cells on the chassis with the extra 2x cells glued on top) whereas I have mounted 3x cells to the left hand side of the servo with the other 2x cells on the right hand side of the servo.
