Default Parts availability

It's possible to get parts - if you're patient! Well, at least around here, it often take 4-6 months to get parts from HPI. So I've bought extra belts and a few other parts.

Anyway, it's very solid, so it THAT big problem !

Cole

I used to have the handling kit on mt pro-2, on a low grip track the car definetely felt more stable.

There is no need to go to the expense of the handling kit though you can achieve the same roll centr modifications using spacer under the rear bulkhead and the top deck at the front.

I only got one because it came in a hop-up budle that was on offer from HPI just befor the pro-3 came out.

Default Hpi Rs4 Pro 2

Guys;

Having raced both Cars, the small drive Pulleys cause the Car to be less efficient than Shaft drive Cars.
Not a problem really if you're running Mod, but in Stock it can be a hinderance.

Default BREAKING NEWS!!!

An almost bonestock Pro 2 (not Pro 3) took TQ and won the ProMod at the HPI Worlds Challenge in Vegas this past weekend. The car was pretty quick out of the corners and was blazing fast on the straights... only options I saw were the center and front one-ways, and of course upgraded springs... How the driver kept up with hoards of Hara Pro 3 replicas is just amazing... This just shows us that older cars are still competitive to this day, and on the hands of an awesome driver, can still win championships!

Not yet... we just came back from the race last night... HPI should have the results by this week and probably a race report by next week... Pro 2 still rocks!

I finished 8th in Spec 20t A-Main at the Worlds using a bone stock PRO 2...

Hi Cole

I did run it on carpet, with foams, and felt no real improvement. I'm not the best driver in the world by a long way! You might want an opinion off someone with a bit better experience.

Which motor do you guys like the most?

also,
Should you run Just the super front oneway or super front oneway and adjustable middle oneway?

Will this make the car uncontrolable on ashphalt?

Just gonna offer my 2 cents on the sport/pro 2

The sport 2 was my first "Real" RC car, its built like a rock and most of my ignorent tuning adjustments dident hurt the overall preformance of the car too bad.

I think its a great beggining race car for stock and whatnot and in the right hands can be pro level.

Hey eeyan great job at the race, wow with a bone stock PRO 2!
So what is your regular car that you race with and evo 3? cool

well i think that the pro 2 will handle great out of the box, i really liked how my pro 2 handled with the stock setup. for stock it was so fast, mod is also fast with it.

I've had a Sport, Sport 2, Pro, and Pro 2, all of which were awesome and never broke, I only stripped pullies from rocks, but with any belt car it will happen. I loved them, and they are fairly cheap too.
