I am in the same boat as you are. I have a lipo from SMC on order and am going to run a small nimh reciever pack. I shot an e mail to Eric at Darkside Motorsports and am waiting for a reply. You might give him a shout at his web sight at Darksidems.com. The last time i raced with him, he was running a receiver pack on his modified oval cars.

Same boat here...I parked 4c oval and 1/12 on road car when I switched to Lipo for touring and 21.5/lipo oval. SMC 1c pack looks invitable and I should have on here by Monday. So I hope to pick a small lipo pack such as the micro t for electronics. I am done with nimh batteries so all lipo.

There's a few treads with pics of parks setup up already. It may be the 1c lipo tread, also check out Jason's 1/12 BMI tread. I think one of the driver's have theirs posted buy not with the micro t setup.

Default lipo receiver packs

I used a couple of smaller lipo receiver packs in my 1/12th a couple years ago. 7.4v and very light. I bought my stuff at BatteriesAmerica (with the normal www and .com stuff). I looked a little bit ago and seen 200mah 7.4v packs, weighing only 9gms.

The proper way to wire a gtb for lipo

Oh and I am running the same rollout for 13.5 lipo and 17.5 4 cell. (now that has something to say for the equality of these combos)
