Default Help! - Hardcore Racing TC3 Differentials

First off I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

Has anyone had any experience building these? I have a set and for whatever reason I cannot seem to get them tight enough - I have gone thru 4 sets now of Differential nuts - everything is correct, just as iff I was rebuilding any other TC3 Diff - I just cant seem to get the diff tight enough, seems like there is like a 16th of an inch of play. Is the spring just not compressing?

Can anyone help me? Im out of rebuild kits (cant get the nut out of the end and end up having to strip it out) and if someone has experience with this issue and how they solved it, I am ready to buy whatever is reccomended to get these put together -

My solution has been a glass of scotch to keep the frustration in check - its more expensive than a rebuild kit but much tastier.

Cheers,
Yaksaddle
