Tips for building
1. Instead of 3 .1mm spacers on the top of the B85 bearing, place 1 .1mm on top of the O ring OR15 and 1 .1mm shim on top of the B85 bearing. This will insure the bearing will turn without binding on the o-ring and apply even pressure on the o-ring which should provide a better seal.
2. You must sand the end (all sides) of SPR02 that inserts into the slot of AT41 as the tolerance is very tight and it won't assembly very easily.
So far I think 350, 425, 500, 575 CST have been tested. I personally feel 500 cst has the closest feel to original friction disk dampers.
I'm running 575 in Mod and like the feel with a F/R 3/2mm damper setting . My son Kyle was running 13.5 this past weekend, he started with 475 but felt the car was loosing some mid corner steering and felt lazy. He tried various dampening settings nothing brought it back to where it was with the original dampers. So he went to 350 and the same damper settings he's been running F/R 3/1 and the car was back to how he liked the feel and the lap times showed it.

The latest proven setups from our EU team drivers are here.
Max Machler was fast ( 2-nd place against very fast German drivers) during latest MCSS Open 2015 race in Germany with his setup.
The base carpet setup has been tested by Viljami Kutvonen in Finland.
It was very good and easy to drive according to Viljami report.

Xtra bearings?
Mike I built both cars and have the 84 pkg. with two bearings left over in both kits. Did I miss something while building these cars?

we will see. now at least i understand why the "A" gap is truly limited. my suspension is super light with the DR6 / DL6 for high grip carpet--

i'll run my 17.5 stock car back to back w/ this new Evo II kit for the first time on Saturday. same motor type (Team Powers), battery (Aero Model 7600 90c), ESC (LRP Flow) to attempt to isolate some of the changes. i want to put A700-D2 into my 17.5 car later in the day.
i'll be building A700-D2 with Associated 80wt (1000 cst) tomorrow.

Front A-5.0 B-6.0 = 64.7gf/mm
Rear A-5.4 B-5.6 = 69.1gf/mm
(car is working well, I like the way it feels, however, I do think it is on the edge of traction rolling-if I clip a dot, it rolls easily.)
