As most of you will find the axle misplaced at the RFG, indeed it is wrong. GD2 should be placed there instead. I haven't build it yet, that is why. It is for the proper shimming purposes only for the SD2 build.
As for the position of the gears, I prefer to position it in opposite manner- as per the manual.

I am still in the process of learning this kit.
Next question
Motor mount flex which allows us to set mode 1, 2, 3, 4.
What is the effect of each mode??? What most use for 17.5T blinky class??
Then the piece of am69, why we need it in mode 3 & 4 only?? What is its effect??
Thanks.

As for the spur damper, depends on the class. I have tried SD1 in 21.5 and it didn't make much difference besides make the spur harder to change out

Damper holders should be the same so use the old ones, I justdid the 4 * D2.1-S and upgraded to the longer shock rods at the same time.

So the longer shock rods give you more adjustment?
