[QUOTE=G-rem;11969549]...
I'd like to know where to use ST24? Above and below AM06(S) or just above?
.../QUOTE]

ST24 are using instead of AT21 as the upper inner balls for upper links and the balls for front and rear steering rods.
The ball studs on AM06(S) should be ST03.

Are there any tricks you guys are using to get the diff smooth? Is there something I need to look out for when building the diff? Thanks in advance...
1. Before screwing of left and right side of diff plese check the rotation of ST07 outrives installed into AT23 and AT24 with the all inner bearings, O-rings and ST20. ST07 should rotate free with some light tension due to O-rings. It is very useful to add the drop of oil on the O-rings or ST07 on this step.
2. Assemble the diff without G06 and G05 gears but with P17 Cross installed. ST07 should rotate the same free after such assembling.
Otherwise something is wrong with O-rings, B85 or ST20 installing.
3. Add G05 and G06 gears and check the diff again without diff oil.
Please be careful at the final stage of screwing of AT23 and AT24 with all inner gears installed. You can easy damage the plastic gears in case of wrong alignment of the gears.
ST07 should rotate same free after such assembling.
Otherwise check the gears ( maybe sand the big gears a bit ).
4. Disassemble the diff, add diff oil and assemble it again with all precautions.

Please don't fill too much oil inside our geardiff.
The enough amount of air should be inside.

Just to be sure about what you said, can you confirm these pictures?

ST03 on the top picture can't be replaced!

ST03 balls have 5.0mm diameter.

ST24 and AT21 balls have 4.8mm diameter.
So only ST24 and AT21 are interchangable. But not ST03!

Love this car! Brilliant engineering, best customer service in the industry and best of all so easy to drive fast. Still amazed how much more consistent this car has made me.

Just a note to say congratulations to Richard King for winning the Demon GP. This is the first major event win for the A700 in the UK.

He's had a string of good results this indoor season and has been threatening to do something like this, beating a collection of some of the best stock drivers (and mod A finalists) in this country.

Well done mate

Hi all - just got back from vacation, and to show that Awesomatix USA isn't sleeping on the job, we've implemented a new quality assurance program for Awesomatix kits. There had been a handful of customers with missing parts that where reported over the last week. Once our third stocking order arrives early this week (its in customs right now) the missing parts will ship out to our customers.

For more info check out - http://www.awesomatixusa.com/2013/03...onfidence.html

Hello everybody,
i have a problem with my gear diffs.
The gears (plastic ones) wear out really fast.
After 3-4 runs i have to change them. I made the modification and added two shims on the bevel gear side and one shim on the other side.
Does anybody know what i can do?
Thx in advance
