Does anyone make an aftermarket chassis for the evo2? My carbon one has delaminated in the front. I race on black carpet so I was going to go aluminum.

Try a good CA glue to save the chassis...

Im looking at upgrading the ball ends and turnbuckles to titanium and all I can find are kits for A800. Do the a800 and a700 share the same length in turnbuckles? and are the quantity of ball ends the same (4.8mm -qty16 ; 5mm -qty8)? Sorry i dont have my A700 Evo 2 yet as it's still in enroute. Thanks!

It's been a while since I bought turnbuckles for my A700. From what I remember all links should be similar to the A800 except the steering links, the A700 will be shorter.

Hi,

Can the new servo holder AM24-8 be used in A700 lower deck (C01L2)?

BTW, I found the searching result at awesomatix.ch is quite strange, not all matching items are listed. You may try input "servo" or "deck" to see.

Yes, via two screws - same as old AM24.

What spur gear brands fit the a700? Also can you guys recommend a spur gear size and pinion set for just cruising around parking lots and a set for tight technical asphalt track?

I use the Robinson Racing "48P Pro Machined Spur Gear", 60 teeth, # 1860. With this 60T spur, a range of pinions from 27T to 34T covers all of the tracks where I race, small to big, in VTA, USGT, and 17.5 TC classes.
