Generally the car has more corner speed with top deck installed.
Does this apply to both aluminum and carbon chassis? From what I understand the aluminum chassis with the stiffener doesn't need the upper deck, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Interesting, I'll have to try a top deck sometime. Thanks hanulec, you are an invaluable wealth of information.

The difference is only the knurled outer ribs on AT42-1.

Thank you for the response Oleg Was this change purely cosmetic? Or is there any functional advantage of the new cases?

New case is easier to hold by fingers ( more grip) at screwing.

Xenon spur inventory was nearly empty at AwesomatixUSA. There has just been a spur restock and the reintroduction of pinion gears -- 64p and 48p

Just built a set of D2.1 over the weekend; The new AT42-1 cases definitely make it easier to grip on to, especially when things get slippery from excess oil. It's attention to detail like this that makes me love my Awesomatix cars

Default Reedy race set-ups

I was searching around, but have not seen any set-ups from the Reedy race. Found a lot of pictures from the race, lots of variations of the car used. Would like to hear what the team dicovered using the new shocks and if bending the springs ~100 or ~110 were tested also?

Thank you,

Patrick

Hopefully this motivates Kyle B to get his setup out
