Just received a message from Awesomatix.ch that they've got the brace in stock, excellent service!.
two c01al setups we used at Snowbirds were--

AM30 -- center screw hole w/ flat head screw -- front and rear screw holes w/ a set screw [i.e. the fairtrace in 17.5/13.5]

AM30 -- all holes filled minus the rear most screw w/ flat heads -- brace 'jb weld'd' once we've verified the screws allowed for a flat chassis [i.e. the cyrul and hanulec in mod]

Hey Jeff - My first thoughts about the car is simply, WOW!

There are a few things that are done differently that makes the initial build a bit interesting. However the engineering/design and machining to the wheel axles alone was enough to put a grin on my face. The FFG is amazing and even after just trying to roll on the throttle off the start, I ended up standing on it and jumping from 8th on the grid to 4th in the first lap. Here's a link to the YouTube vid:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00kn0taplkQ

For my very first race with the car, 4 months since I had last touched a transmitter but with massive help from Hanulec and Larry to nearly be on the podium was quite impressive. Within .1 on hot lap to Paul and Fisher. Scary to think that without my blowout in 1/12 Mod and the mistake giving up 3rd in TC, I actually could have had this year's Snowbird Overall Champion...

I can't really say enough about Mike, Larry and the Awesomatix car thus far. It was a great race back and if you watch the video, I was just lacking that little bit of steering into and at the center of the corner. I'm pretty sure I can find that little bit with some more track time so I'm really looking forward to getting back to the track to get some laps in.

Hello guys,
we would like to inform all the Awesomatix owners that our bodyshells finally arrived to Aweso factory and some team drivers are receiving our latest bodies from Taiwan. Both the Nardò and MC10 models will be soon availables also on the official Awesomatix Store.

In consideration to the 3rd round of ETS, coming soon at the end of Feb, we suggest to drivers who will attend the race to mount the 2 different shells 2mm forward respect centre line, an hard wing is always reccomended (we are working also on this important accessory).

We know well our bodies and the asphalt surface will maximize the performances of our bodyshells giving to all Awesomatix drivers a very consistent help to improve your laptimes.

If production times will allow to us to respect the deadline of the race, Viljami will also receive the new 2014 version of the Striker-SR body, the "3.0" specs. This body has been developed expecially for asphalt surface, another point in favour of all Awesomatix drivers that will attend international events.

Had my first meeting with an EVO and alloy chassis today. Have to say the car handles like nothing else I've driven. Got to find some corner rotation/speed but for a first outing wow, just wow.

don't be afraid to shim up your arm mounts. on one car i went up 1.0mm under at21.
adjusting your shimming on the st23 between the at21 "drag link" is another great way to free up the car.

I just want to share what I saw online. These custom Awesomatix arms with droop screw holes. Clever idea.

Who made these, and are they for sale?
