I'm having problems loosing swaybar mounts, P05. If you tap a corner hard enough with the wheel turned the wheel can turn in hard enough to hit the swaybar causing the mount to pop out and fall off the car. I've done a few things like put longer screws in the steering block to stop the wheel from turning in to far, and I've put the sway bar in upside down so the angle at the end is up versus down but everyone once in awhile I hit a corner just right and loose a mount.
#1 are you running a real front bumper??
#2 is there any play in your P04/C04 and the ball studs for the AM06(s)?
#3 when was the last time you replaced your P04? the P04 wear out, and if you unmount them, and send them down slightly you'll feel them tighten up again. this should help increase the life of the P04

Running an aluminum chassis on his Awesomatix, Sudhoff said it was a great way to start the new season. Describing the new A700L EVO as suiting his driving, he said the new diff has given him a very consistent car. Featuring a screw that allows the diff to be filled fully with oil and void of any air, this helps in a way he said that ‘only Oleg (the car’s Russian designer) can fully explain & understand’.

I guess the aluminum chassis lowers the center of gravity even more than the CF chassis !!!

#2 - nope i check them periodically tightening down P04
#3 - I have not replaced one yet but i my mind it's not something i should replace on monthly bases.
I'm trying the heat shrink idea i had we'll see how it works.
Man i hope Freddy can keep up this pace this would be huge for Awesomatix.

I guess air in the gear diff causes cavitation just like in the shocks, which might make it inconsistant.....

Where was your aluminum chassis at the halloween classic??? Oleg is holden out on you. Oh wait I never did come look at that EVO you had there... A lot of man meat to pass to get over to your pit space. Did it have an aluminum chassis on it???
