Torque steer is less of a concern with brushless motors. Even in mod, it clearly worked fine for Ivan.

If you spend $750 on a TC and use a battery strap, you're doing it wrong.

I think that tape is best solution for top-level races now.
But we try to satisfy other opinion also.
Our battery mounts have additional threaded holes for conventional strip holders (and for our optional aluminium holders) also.

Very well Oleg, there is always a solution to every problem! By the way what is the internal gear ratio of the car with East/West(non tc4) configuration?

2.55 for East/West

2.08 for North/South

I believe your solution works for most out in the racing world, I would say 99 out of a 100 racers use tape to hold batteries in.

I will be keeping eye on this car. Perhaps my next purchase

I love the shaft drive models, the Pro 4 is the best model built with drive shaft, at least until the arrival of the A700..., Oleg has done a good job, hopefully I can do a good job on the price

You know I am liking the idea of a carbon battery strap. Why not.spend $750 on a very fast chassis then spend another $20 to make it slower.

Slow is FAST!!!! With Ivan at the wheel the A700 has the right speed, even with a carbon strap!!! That does not apply to everyone! AHAH!!!!

So has this car been shipped at all?

It's hard to tell from site or this thread whether it's been released. My guess, still not available.

Hi Oleg,
Will the alloy be anodized? if so, what colour is the car going to be? I think titanium grey or satin black would look really nice
Cant wait to try one out
