I noticed that the gearing choices for final drive limit the size of spur/pinion combos. Is this due to the amount of movement provided by the motor mount, or just what was included in the chart? Could I, for instance, fit a 78/18 48-pitch combo in the longitudinal configuration?

Thanks.

There is a little axle over hang as standard that i cut off. Very easy as they are hollow.

If they are hollow, it's best to use thicker nuts, and trim the edges, instead of cutting them...

no not at all, but I am keeping an eye on this, I have for the last year really, it is nice to see something different that seem to work too and look promising for the future, hopes Oleg will sell enough to keep afloat for many years and come up with more radical designs.

It is encouraging that a new car does not look like all the others on the market.
Time for all major players to put their thinking caps on now for the 2012 versions

I was used the hard (grey) ball ends, but they not so good, after 2 race gap is so big. Now i use black ball ends.

Thanks for the heads up Denis, I will keep an eye on them, only had one race day on them so far. They seemed to be alot smoother than the black stock ones when first fitted. Maybe after a while they will need to be popped off and pressed back on over a plastic (thin) shopping bag to fill the gap. Used to work well with my TCX, fills the gap and still very free.
