Hi Oleg
Can you give us all a bit of info on the alu chassis. From a design point and from your testing which conditions does it perform best/intended for...high or low traction? With it being 2mm does it flex more than the current 3mm CO1L chassis or are the flex characteristics the same but it just allows a further 1mm lowered centre of gravity? Would you get the same flex characteristics from a 2mm carbon chassis?
Cheers
Simon

I don't currently have one but two team drivers at my track do have them. From what I have been told the chassis is stiffer, lighter and narrower than both graphite chassis.

So one would assume a good high traction track option then...

For those of us who have GD2's already (I have 2 of them), do we have to shell out $$ for these new internals now or is Oleg gonna take care it?

It reads to me like Shepherd is making the gears, not Awesomatix, but I could be wrong.

The gears are made by Shepherd.

That's how I read it too. Wonder what they're from or if they did "make" them?
