Hello,

Can you tell me the difference between the chassis L and the EX on the track ? The EX is it more stable and easier to drive?

Thank you for your answers.

The EX chassis is little bit wider, has also the new flex options but you can use the transverse motor kit. The chassis has a lot traction and is very easy to drive.
So, L has less rear traction, but good and very fast reaction and EX chassis is maximum easy to drive and very smooth.
All the stock guys at ETS used the L chassis with soft flex settings.

This is a good resource for the A700 - http://racerlog.com/wiki/Awesomatix_A700#Current_Models

With my cars on the track with identical settings - the case usually comes down type of powerplant/class.

The L feels like it is more free and nimble than the EX with 17.5 blinky. The EX feels more at home in 13.5/10.5/mod trim - stability and cornerspeed.

IMO - the EX will provide a larger range of tuning options and provide a better range of drivability irrespective of power options.

Good day to all. I am about to get this car but just quick question before doing so. Is the battery holder included in the kit the stainless steel one (AM12)? or the plastic one P23). Second, is the top bumper already the carbon fiber one? Thanks in advance. Cheers!

Both are plastic. Check the quality assurance files on AwesomatixUSA.com for the whole inventory for each model...

im try two setup styles this weekend outdoors on asphalt/Jackson RC -- super low roll center, and a 2.5mm higher than super low roll center setup. both setups will leverage the AM06S hubs. i hand made some AT21S balls for the low roll center car, and i'm putting 2mm under the AT21 balls that hold the C04 on the high roll center car.

I just tried the same. With AM06S. I assume you used the rcrollcentre calculator. I think its important to use the calculator to keep control over the camber change or you won't be able to ascertain which variables are responsible for the change in feel of the car.

Don't assume.
I'm using lap times as gauge. The high roll center car will also leverage am26 front and rear.
