Warpspeed Demon and Demon 2
 

Hi guys,

This will be the "new" official Warpspeed Racing Demon thread, for both chassis, the 1 and shorter wheelbase 2. For those who don't already know, the Demon is a complete chassis conversion kit for Associated's TC3.

Please treat this just as any other car thread on here. Any questions, setups, results and other info about the cars is welcome.

futureal, is there a way of importing the stuff from the other thread or rename the other one?

I don't think any of that will really be necessary. The other thread will still be available to the search engine, so any information can still be found.

Give this one a little time, and it will be as good and eventually better than the last. I'm sure some of the Warpspeed drivers here would happily repost any important information here.

future i guess you came to a resolution with victor or is this a different venture on a new thread i feel some of us were just happy to own the cars and be very out spoken about the performance of the car and hope we didnot create any problems for mr warpspeed! :cool:

Demon1 and Demon2
 

I will have both variations soon!!! Too bad I am at a bit of a low on servos, esc's, etc.. Was a time only 6 months ago I had enough to have 5 cars running all at once!! It would be awesome to have two running at the same time-but alas-cant do it.

But-I know we wont change layouts on our track for a few weeks-so I will have ample time to do lap time comparisons between the two.

As soon as I run my D2-I will post comparisons on how the two feel.

Race day tomorrow with my D1-Cannot wait.

Cheapest way to build up a Demon
 

Hi guys,
I am planning on getting this chassis but I dont have a TC3 at the moment. I can get the Racer kit for $115 or would I be better off getting a the individual bits separately. I will also get the machined diff cases for it. By the way, I already have threaded shocks for it a friend gave me. What do you guys think? Thanks.

This will be my carpet car.

Cheapest and best way to do it is buy the complete kit from Warpspeed. It includes a new FT TC3 kit and the DEMON chassis and hardware. Cheaper than buying the FT and the Demon seperately.

Axiom, isn't the full kit $490? Also, does come with the machined diff cases? Thanks.

Oh, yeah, it is, my bad. Well you could do that and get a Racer kit w/ threaded shocks. But then you'll need to get the graphite parts and a new bearing kit to get it competitive.

Got it yesterday!!! Less than 6 days from time of shipment!!!!
