Default Fresh car: foam or rubber?

Getting a new kit in the next week. I run both foam and rubber. Which do you think is more important to have a fresh car in?

I would personally go for a foam spec car. The thing is that if you run foams a rubber tire car will have too much flex. The thing is that with a very weak Anti roll bar a foam car can run rubber tires fine. I have found that the opposite is not true and rubber tire cars are not stiff enough to run foams, even with stiff anti roll bars and hard springs.

Not sure you understood my question. I'm getting another losi jrxs-r (no foam/rubber spec) and my question was which is more important to have a fresh car.

Foam-

things need to be "nib" fresh in order to have a great handling car.

the losi JRXS type-R does not have a rubber or foam spec chassis.there is only 1 chassis. the car works great either way with a stock setup.just change minor things, such as springs, shock oil weight etc.

I say what ever better results means more in. If rubber is the big class, rubber. If foam is the big class, foam.

I'd think the new chassis would best serve you in the foam class, with the higher speeds and extra grip available, I'd think the benefit of the fresher car would be most apparent in foam racing.
