Exclamation Best Mod brush motor for 1/12?

which is the best/most suitable brush motor for 1/12 scale?
Is it the Reedy KR, Reedy PT, Fantom, Checkpoint or.......
I am intending to get some hot motors,8T,9T & 10T.
With the wide range of products in the market, i am quite confused.
Can some experts give their view? Thanks!

DC 12th tuned Check point motors, the very best there is, and i know of a shop with a couple of 9x3 and 8x3 motors still, i'm running the 12x1 version and i'm keeping up with 5.5t brushless

Couple of questions...

1) Will you be racing or playing around?
2) Have you tried milder motors yet like stock or 19T?

If you haven't tried stock or 19T motors yet I would suggest you start there...these little cars can be quite a handfull even with a stock motor and are quite fast.

I will be racing on asphalt, est 60x20m track.
I have tried Reedy KR 8x2, DC 6X2, checkpoint 8x2 & 13x2, HPI 23T (for controlled race), speedpassion 5.5BL.
The track i am running is quite bumpy & low-med traction.
The 6x2 & some 8x2 is way too handfull to handle, throwing everywhere out of corner. Will a triple turn be better than double?
