The Cyan is a dual compound tire made specifically for the front-end, with a harder ring on the outside. If used on the rear the car will be unstable and prone to spinning out. They work very well on the front if the car is tending to traction roll due to the side wall of the tire deflecting.

Like others have said the cyan has a harder outer foam. The inner foam is the same as a parma magenta. So run a parma magenta in the back and a parma cyan in the front.
