they weren't tight there really loose it in the lower tightest settings

you should have the 3 tightest setup for the big belt. the rear belt doesnt matter so much, just that the rear belt isnt too tight, becuse when you are off throttle your car might feel like its hooking the rear.
or you can do it like this, feel on other cars belts and then go from there. if you still have the problem, then change belt.

XRAY Set-Up?
Hey guys. I've been racing off-road for a few years and I'm gonna give onroad a try. I just picked up a XRAY t2 007 for starters. Any set-up infor would be great. I have no idea what I'm doing here.
Thanks.

Your best bet is to go to Xray's web site and look for a setup sheet for the '007 for the type of track / tire you plan on running.

Thrust Bearing
Has anyone found a cheaper alternative to the xray diff thrust bearing or can you buy the plates that go either side of the thrust bearing seperately (i known xray don't do them possibly another manufacturer)?

They are $3 each instead of $27, so if they last a month, it's worth just replacing them.

thnks for that joe what are the measurements on the internal holes on the plates are they the same as the xray version (3.0mm + 3.2mm)?

No, I think that they are just 3.0mm on both sides. They work just fine, though.

Hey Xray guys out there, i need to know if xray has ever changed the length of the shock bodies on any of the xray cars ( 08,09,t3). i am talking about the plastic ones not aluminum ones? I was going to replace one of the shock bodies on my 009 and the extra shock body i have is a little longer. Any input would be great. THANKS
