how about setting the wheelbase ?
should we set only back end or can we change the Front also?
If so what is the effect
Thanx in advance
I run the shorter rear wheelbase (1mm in front of the rear wishbones) and prefer it this way, you get more rear grip but it snap out harder when it does go.
Tried the longer wheelbase at the UK nationals yesterday and it made the rear a little less stable.

You can also try 1.5mm shims for finer adjustments

Only on my wet car, I belive it adds a lot of steering if tried in the dry, too much steering probably.

You can change the angle of the shock to make sure it is dead vertical (front to back) instead of at a slight angle.

It will give you forward bite without effecting dampening effect. It is like a second dimension of shock placement, you have the holes to move up and down and then you can go out for a split on the spring weight, more than 1mm is like going to the next hole on the shock tower.

Default xray t2 009

Hey fellow Xray drivers.

We just got LIPO, and I've installed everything running the 40C 5000 LRP battery.

The battery fits perfect, but with the - Connector ( Black ) Will not fit due to the top deck ?

Its 100% org. with the Lipo set added.

( If I bought the Lipo weight pack from Xray, I would need to have the Connectors placed infront of the car right?

My problem would be:

1: Longer cables = Bad

2: The Lipo has more weight in the back instead of the front ( Connector side has all the eletronics I presume to connect the 2 seperat batteries inside )

Anyone got a good picture of a LIPo setup ?

The extra length of the cables won't make any difference.

The lipo will weigh the same from either end as there is very little in the packs.

Better still, get a lipo with cable coming out of it as these have less resistance.

Myself and several other people have taken to removing the grub screws completely that hold them together, then using a small piece of heatshrink, used like a sleeve to hold everything in position.

No binding, better protection for the grease from debris and dust etc. and they work fine.

Default .

There is currently no Lipo's with connectors allowed.

Cant believe there's nobody running the same LRP/t2 009 setup.

Else I'll have to shave alittle off the Top deck.
