How about Masami Hirosaka? Any news about him? Don't you think that he and yokomo are making bigest nad most sicret preparations for WC?
He lookend very fast at a warm up. They also have new car ( see yokomo bd topic) which would be relesed after Worlds. It looks that since 4 years he is puting all the pressure on Touring cars. ( he didn't race the 12 class , i think in order not to have to switch driving style betwen classes).

I think you're right...if Masami wins, pretty much everyone will be happy...he's a here of the sport and would be great if he'd win this one

Masami and Naoto were testing when Juho Levanen and I were there earlier this month. Both were very fast as was Ronald Volker who was also testing.

Anyone know the track dimensions? Is the asphalt sealed or raw?

Rick,

That's great about the other guys but how was YOUR testing? Are you running 1/12th too?

RC Racing TV will be there for both the 12th and 10th so you'll see the best of the racing and all the news views and interviews - but obviously a few weeks after

HOWEVER

We are intending to post updates probably including video / interviews every evening (local time) and this will be avaliable on the HPI europe (and probably HPI US) site!

It was 90 - 94 with high humidity. I don't recal thetrack temp off hand but hot. The track is coated with bitumin paint (?) mixed with turpentine. For us the difficult part was that the traction was not consistent and overall times improved by over a lap from the morning to the late afternoon. So traction was low to average.

I am running 1/12 also. My testing was good. Juho and I are confident that we have A main cars.
