I like the Pit Shimizu F3/R3 softs on carpet. Med compound fronts work too.

Heres our F1 A Main from this weekend. FGX, F109, F103, F104 and F104W. Will have between 1- 3 HPIs added in 2 weeks and another FGX

Watching that video of the F1 race at Mikes would seem to prove that the FGX is definitely competitive with the F104, the F104W and even the F103, as the FGX was the winning car from what I saw. I assume they were all using the same class of motors?

I would like to know if that FGX was stock, or had the car been modified, especially the front suspension. Anyone know?

Not sure if I should keep tryin to do the 2011 cars, or wait and do the 2012's when we know what they look like.
I have a bunch of vintage stuff I want to get out there.
What do you guys think?

Do the 2011 cars. Eventually, they will be vintage, and you'll always be able to do the current when they drop.

True, I just don't want to burn a lot of time doing something there is a limited market for. I have gotten lots of requests for the Buzzin hornets jordan and a few others, so I know I can move those without even breaking a sweat

Does anyone know where I can find the adapter piece where I can run 64 pitch gears on my F103?

BP may have them as well. He keeps a secret stash of stuff I've heard.

BP, personally, I don't think you cant go wrong with the vintage stuff. Especially the Be on Edge Buzzin Hornets. One of my all time favorites.

I was meaning to ask you about your plans on the 2012s coming out, although I don't foresee much of a change. I did notice a SKY sponsor on the barge boards of the RedBull yesterday that I didn't notice before. Time for a revision already?

There are some really cool ones from the 70s and 80s. Retroformula1.com shows a bunch fo good ones: Arrows, March, Ligier etc etc. Cool stuff. Your free time is so gone dude.

The barge board sponsor on the Red Bulls has changed a few times this year. SKY, 7 Eleven, and some Chinese writing.
