The first picture, the front side of the rim is not glued. The back side was. But you are correct. I did a bad job and glued the tire on backwards.

You also have to drill some 3 mm holes in the foam rims) At least one.

The body is still going to be a bit long for the chassis.

Thanks! Didnt know that but will get them drilled. Makes sense since we do it on the offroad tires.

depends on the track and bodyset. on my f104w i noticed a huge change by adding a lip to the rear wing, adding skirts to the diffuser and adding a front difuser under the front wing. The difference was from having to brake in turn in to a wide high speed turn to taking it flat out and having room left for even more speed.

I've got a B192 on the F102 and a C-Type body with ddrive decals for the Jordan 191 for the F103 base.

rear difuser fence

front difuser V1, i dont have pics of V2 and im on a different continent from my car, wont see it for a long time. It was using the same pieces but much shallower to the point of not being seen extending from the front wing and was much smoother underneath.

noticed the dirt it picked up all by itself.

rear lip

Looks nice! I totally forgot about the B192. Have you got around to adding the Camel logo decals from your D-Drive sheets yet?

I still got a brand new set of B192 decals here
And a Kyosho body that comes with it.
Score a pair of original B192 Tamiya front and rear wings and it will be a trophy for on a F103 shelf queen
Also got this one BNIB Ligier Mugen Honda JS41

Not sure about F104, bodies, but if you have the long carbon upper deck the shorty packs are exactly the width of the battery wings and less then 1mm of slop. Another layer of tape and it would almost be snug. I'll post pics later.

yep

I used the original 104 pro body with rear area trimmed. *note - the rear battery holder touches the body if you used the side pods

Per request.

*Chassis is set up for lowest ride height for carpet / 200mm width rule, however can be quickly swapped to 104 rubber / 185mm width by using the 104 front end and 104 rear alloy pod to accommodate the larger diameter rubber tires.
