Hi guys,
I know this question has been asked many times but I'd like to get a "fresh" answer
Can you please tell me which tires are the best for outdoor racing on unprepped track, temp around 20~25°C? Especially regarding Pit Shimizu.
Thanks a lot for your feedback,
Regards,
G-rem

Hey Thaan, do you need to pay licensing fees to create these decals?

G-Rem,
I like the 571/572 combo and the 574/575 combo. While I race on carpet, this will give you a wide range of combinations. The TCS tires are the same as the 571/572. I ran a TCS rear with a 575 front this weekend to improve the balance of the car. I believe that the CRC F1 tires are the same as the 571/572 and TCS (1031/1032) tires.

Thanks for the advice, I'll look at this
I own/run 571/572,crc and tcs tires.
On carpet they all feel exactly the same and lap times are identical.
So you can shop accordingly there.
The 74/75 setup does not work for me on carpet..but has outside in the summer.

If you haven't tried the Sweep F1 tires, give them a try. I've been running their F1 premounts, in the soft rear and soft front compound against Nutdriver and his Xray on 575/574 and the 572/571 compounds.
I like the feel of the Sweeps, they seem to allow more aggressive driving style without giving up. I also run the Pits 575/571 on carpet and 575/574 occasionally. The Sweeps are competitive in laptimes, are long lasting and stayed glued.
Just something to consider for those who do not like gluing F1 tires!

Witch body is considered the most accurate for the 2016 cars?
The protoform 2015 seems pretty close, but how about others?
And what about wings? Serpent?
Cheers

For the wings, the most accurate rear wing is the Montech (ETS hand out) and the most accurate front wing is the Serpent (but it is brittle like glass...). Both will almost be 100% perfect match with the new 2017 coming regulation
+1 On the serpent wing.. Looks and performs fantastic...but is way too fragile for competition in my opinion. I have broken two myself and fellow racer has gone through at least 5.
Hopefully they fix the issue...because it works great.

I have a F103 that hasn't been ran in quite a few years. I believe its 200mm. What would I need to do to get it to the legal width.

Simplest thing would be to mount a F104 front end.l, and add new tires front and rear. The rear of the car is narowed at the wheels, not the axle.

Can anyone tell me how they did these wheels.
