Here a teaser from Mercedes regarding their new car. I think this will be the most beautiful car amongst the bunch (I hope).

Who care about the nose, the have to work with what they can. Function over form all day in F1. The main thing to focus on is the front wing. The most radical design I have seen so far!

Hi. Lewis Hamilton just had a front wing failure and crashed lightly into the barriers at Jerez. You are correct as they have to follow the new rules. Regards

Hi, Here are photos of the Mercedes W05 and the Red Bull RB10. Mercedes is
the most passable of all the cars they have unveiled. Regards

Hi, Here is the Caterham 2014 F1 Car. That is a very radical wing. Regards

The Toro Rosso is bordering on obscene. It looks like a blue "marital aid" was glued to the nose of the car. Reminds me of the car that Joe drove in the coliseum in the movie "Idiocracy",

Trojan/Durex really missed out on some excellent sponsorship opportunities.

very strange indeed. So from what I've seen, ranking the cars from "least unattractive" to "most unattractive"

1. Mercedes
2. Red Bull
3. Caterham
4. Everyone but Ferrari
Last. Ferrari.

Let's see how long these last, I expect quite a few will change in the coming weeks.

Get Bernie and his insanity out of F1. Put excitement back into F1 instead of "strategy races" where drivers can not run full throttle. Go back to the 80's and 90's where teams had under car venturi tunnels for downforce / ground effects, no insane front wings that require "clean air" to work, enough fuel in the cars that they stop becoming Prius economy runs and gee, you will have drivers who can actually push their equipment the whole race, not be reliant on ungodly fronts wings to turn and suddenly passing starts to happen again. Wow, that might be exciting to watch. Hey, that is what GP2 is doing.

Panda

PS - Durex sponsored Keke Rosberg's pink Ralt RT-1 Formula Atlantic many years ago. Saw the car working as a flagman at Long Beach back in the day. Yup, Durex and Trojan would be fitting sponsors for today's car.

Durex still sponsors a Continental Tire Sports Car Series Honda. Remember when Rizzla rolling papers sponsored an F1 car?
