I added the support of the 4mm screw to stabilize the wing for BIG crashes!! lol

So I need to order a body for my TRF101, wondering if the Ferrari 2012 body is still considered a bad body? Whats the general consensus on this?

This is my solution for the front...

Tamiya Williams FW18... pretty much the same dimension of the wing pillars

Yes that was my original solution with the Ferrari with, holes match up very closely. The M/M wing is slightly different.

About a year or so ago, a thread was started comparing F1 to SC. Other than the scale looks and potential for some plain old simple RC fun, not much is similar.

Glad you are having fun with them at your local track. Try having an all F1 day and running the UF1 format if you want to take it to the next level. Either way, enjoy it while it lasts.

Awesome work, Ned! Thanks for the FW18 wing idea, Giorgio. I'm ordering the aluminum center pivot balls for the F180 from F1Paintlab for another suggested trailing link option. I'll probably run the tweak screw option with a damper.

Default Tamiya Rear Wing on WRC F-ONE

Made up a new rear cross brace for the WRC to mount the Tamiya type rear wings. Looks like it will work!

Let me know the results. We found the damper making the car kinda sluggish most of the time
