Is F1 useless?

Here's something to justify the obsession:)

What is F1's contribution to the world?

"What's that thing on the roof? Oh! Looks like a MP24" also, don't miss the carbon wheel chair photo.

Cheers!

PM me, I have a ton of Wizard parts. NOS plastic, gears, all kinds of stuff
I have a few gearsets as well, but I think they are the option gears

Last Sunday we were racing with the 23T Super Stock, cars look like these, full steering... small turn :)

Cheers

those photos are just plain sick! I had to look twice to see that they were indeed model cars and not real ones. no wonder this F1 stuff is making such a strong comeback. Awesome pics. Absolutely awesome.

Looks like an aftermarket front end.
My 104 is setup with 1 degree of camber, and it is coning the tires, but I expect that

SuperEk4 10-27-2009 09:36 AM

Camber in to have more steering? I prefer to run mine 0 camber n 0 toe.better for my sponge tires:)

BP SHADOW 10-27-2009 10:20 AM

Yeah for more steering, but I may go to zero because the car is rotating around the front wheels. I ran on carpet this past weekend and when the bite came up it was causing traction roll. that was with running the kit foams all the way around. I think the rear pod on this car is very sensitive in how its set up

ChadRacing 10-27-2009 02:45 PM

Hey BP....can you pm me? I was wondering what you might charge for a painted body and what all info would you need and do i need to ship the body to you or would you get it and i would pay for that also.

F1 decals

Well, I took the plunge and ordered these from Hong Kong:

http://cgi.ebay.com/f103-decals-for-...QQcmdZViewItem

Its a good looking basic set, seems same as what comes in a kit. Can do Mclaren, Ferrari (with Marlboro and bar codes), Jaguar and Red bull. Plus, 2 smaller sheets for 1 set each of Bridgestone and Potenza tire decals.

Wonder if he has others like this...fwiw
