Overkill??....i think 21.5 is perfect...I have a Tamiya 103GP kit on order with Palmer...Going to make a mod f1 with foams ...just for fun...im thinking 10.5 BOOSTED....LOL.......

We are in process of finishing vinyl kits to cover the wings in different colors. They are pre-cut vinyl decals that will be available for both the Tamiya F104 F60 and MP24 wing sets as well as the F2012 when it becomes available. We will be making them in all of the popular colors for both current and vintage Formula 1 paint schemes. They are solid color vinyl decals for the front and rear wings.

If anyone is interested send me a PM; we are having a Pre-Release SALE to get the product out there and in the hands of the users. We are taking requests as well for alternate colors for the custom liveries out there too; if we have your color in stock there will be no additional handling fees or charges.

I’ll post pictures soon and they are currently only $3 a piece during the sale!

I want to switch out the standard Tamiya F104 Spur and Pinion that comes with their kits and switch to 64P gearing. I have to imagine that is pretty common. I know i need an adapter ring, but then will standard TC type spurs work? Can you guys shoot me brand and part numbers for that conversion? Thanks.

I decided to sacrifice authenticity for functionality/durability and not put the side pods on this body for two reasons. First was weight savings and second was we're racing on an indoor tight carpet track with many lane dividers. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to have equipment/body failure if I were to get tied up in a big crash. Next winter season I will put the pods on my next body. I've found the pods are more than durable enough to withstand the intensity of a crash indoors. Paint/design done by my mom and stickers were custom done for me by none other than Brad Palmer @ F1 Paintlab (f1paintlab.com). He uses top quality materials in his stickers and is able to custom design any sponsor your imagination can come up with. These stickers are very durable. This body has at least 20 hours of track time on it at the time these pictures were taken.
I made the change to this car after the second round of the 7 race series and feel it has allowed me to move to the lead in a field of great drivers. The car is amazing The car responds very well to setup changes. Couple this with the Exotek adjustable front end (exotekracing.com) an absolute must and the car turns on a dime and gives you change
Your car is absolutely gorgeous, could you tell me what colurs you used?
