I have been running a mongoose in my car with a 21.5, and it has been fine. The new Edge is the same case, but GTB2 features and good down to 10.5 or 13.5 ..

Does the mongoose work with a silvercan motor??? I know the esc is brushed capable. I'm just wondering if anyone has used it with a 540 silvercan.

honestly, most speedos can handle a silver can - its usually the low turn ones that some speedos have limits on...pretty much every speedo on the market (that can run a brushed motor) can do the silver can

I see the Serpent 1/10th F1 has disappeared off their website, wonder what happened there?

Looking for a 21.5 2S rollout, zero timing ESC, zero timing on the motor.

Right now I'm sitting at 90/33 with 58mm tires. Current rollout is sitting at 58.75mm. With the 90 spur I can head up to a 50ish pinion. I have to rebuild the diff and have spurs in 2 tooth increments from 88 to 100 to choose from.

My silver can is running 104/20-25. Which is pretty normal. I just have no basline for the 21.5...

I am not sure about everyone else but I am getting excited to see the F1 race at IIC. Can't wait to see what Marc Rheinard can do with an F1 car.

I finally was able catch the MP4-5 in stock at Tamiya America. I picked up the body and rear wing set, sticker set, rear wing brace and 3 front wings. I know it was issued again for the F104 as part of a kit, but was being dumb about just getting the body set as a replacement part. I've been looking for this body for a couple years now and finally have one on the way. I have the TRG MP4-5B and MP4-6 clones, but they aren't quite right and the front wings that go with them might last through one tap on the boards. Now I can have my shelf queen body and a couple extra racing wings! The way I drive, I should have ordered 10 fronts.
