F104 lower chassis needed

Hello Gent's,

Anyone out there want to sell a spare F104 fiberglass lower chassis?
(#4005133)

Searched US retailers but have struck out so far.

Thanks,

John

Hi BP, how well are the decals conforming to complex curves/shapes and are they playing nice with the heat gun? Excellent work and I look foward to seeing them in person.

Rod,
Thanks for the comps!!! The only decals in this pic that are mine are the tire markings. The RB decals are the DDrive ones.
As far as flexibility, you will not need a heat gun at all, the vinyl is very flexible. You shouldnt even need to use soapy water either.
I am going to snap a pic of the decal sheet, and then apply some on a rear wing. Will post those pics in a bit

I had very good luck with vinyl cut decals for the tires. They conformed great to the tire with no heat gun needed. I just need to get a good high resolution graphic for the cutter. I took a q-tip and spread CA over the decal and they really did not move. Even after baking the tires and removing them from the rim.

Here is the decal sheets in their entirety

Still finalizing how all the logos are arranged on the page, but this is the quality.
Only potential downside is the cost, not sure per shee price yet, trying to sort that out

Whats the secret for getting decals to stay on rubber tires when you run your RC a lot?

Here is the wing all assembled with the decals on it.

As far as getting decals to stay on tires, the CA on a qtip trick works pretty good and lasts quite a long time
