Looks really fast, at least as a model.

Hey all,
I've got more "stuff" that I have too much of. I thought some of you by be interested, so like the last time I'll offer it here first. However, time I've included some pics. If anyone has any questions please feel free to let me know, just shoot me a PM. Also, the buyer pays shipping.
PIAA Kakajima Reynard 97D. This is finished, however the rear wing has turned yellow over time. It's brand new, never been run. $30

'some advice needed please
I just tried to apply CA cement to my F60 rubber tyres to glue them to the rims. I made a bit of a mess of it. Basically ran a bead of CA glue around the rim then tried to fit the tyre side wall over the rim (just one side) but the CA glue dries too fast.
How do you guys do it without leaving a messy looking shiney line of glue around outside of the tyre wall?
cheers

Thanks for the advice - it seems to be a bit of an art form getting it right
I'll try that now and see how I go!
Just found a handy resource that covers elec and nitro with some good hints that may be helpful.

Bobby K "tribute" body
Hi,
This is my first attempt at trying to create something looks like an actual F1. I know it's not a super-accurate replica, but I was happy enough with the results to want to share with the class. Maybe someday my man Bobby K can get into a competitive car and appear on the top step of the podium more often.
-Andy
p.s. This is also my first attempt at inserting an image. I think ImageShack is still processing the uploaded pictures, as I haven't been able to view them yet. I assume once they are uploaded, the embedded images will show...
