I'm not leaving, oh no, I love it here. We want to get more CS folks so we can go to more events and do more at the track testing. We'll have a test track here in a few months so I'll be "In the back" more often hopefully.
We're basically looking for a racer, who doesn't travel to big races often. It's a tech support posistion as well. Technically speaking, I'm an Application Support Rep, that means no technical training, just how to use it and what it can/can't do.
And yes, 80/9 scedule is the greatest thing ever created. I think the world should operate on that schedule. Every other Friday off.
I spoke with Fred at the hobby show, I think he was planning on doing the announcing, so I offered to lend a hand. I asked if I could do all the races, and he went for it. So I'll be there with a smile and my Tamiya Hat to call the races Saturday and Sunday. TCS nats need a colorful anouncer and in the absensce of Scotty, I think I do an okay job. :P
