but school gets in the way of full time work, and besides when you are 16 i dont think that you can work for more than 20 hours a week(i could be wrong, i should check the life center tomorow)

Charlie is the man. He ran a very nice race program and did an absolutely outstanding job of announcing. Not only that but he's really quick on his feet. He outran the entire Trackside squad when they tried to dump a cooler full of water on him. Never seen him move that fast before...wow!
